We never sell your data
Last updated 11 August 2026. Short version: we sell subscriptions and nothing else. On this date we removed the aggregate-data business entirely, code and stored rows included.
1. We sell nothing about you
We do not sell or share your personal information. We do not sell your conversations, and we could not if we wanted to: they are encrypted with a key we do not hold.
We also do not sell aggregated or deidentified statistics. Not group counts, not benchmarks, not trends, not model-performance data. Nothing derived from your use of BlueAI is offered to anyone, for money or otherwise.
Subscriptions are our only source of revenue. That is deliberate. A company paid by the people using it does not need a second customer whose interests point the other way.
2. What changed on 11 August 2026
BlueAI previously ran an opt-in programme that turned usage into aggregate statistics for business buyers. It was consent-based and thresholded. We removed it anyway, because a privacy product should not have a data business attached to it at all.
Removed means removed, not paused. The code that labelled and collected usage is deleted. The endpoints that served buyers are deleted. The background job that built the aggregates is stopped and its service unit is gone from the server. Every row those tables ever held has been dropped from the database.
Because the collection no longer exists, there is nothing to opt into, nothing to opt out of, and nothing left for us to erase on request.
3. Global Privacy Control
We honour the Global Privacy Control signal. Since we neither sell nor share personal information, the signal has nothing to switch off, and we confirm that in our response rather than quietly ignoring it.
4. Your rights are unchanged
You can export everything we hold about you, and you can delete your account and its data, both from your settings, without contacting us and without ever giving us an email address.
You can ask what categories of information we collected in the last 12 months, why, and who received it. The answer is in our privacy policy, and we will repeat it for your account on request.
We will not treat you worse for exercising any of these rights, and we offer no discount, higher limit, or other incentive in exchange for data. There is no data deal to be had here in either direction.
