Privacy and your data
No. They are encrypted in your browser before they are stored, with a key derived from your password. What sits on the server is ciphertext, which means this is a design constraint rather than a promise you have to take on trust.
No. They are not used for training, not profiled, and not sold. There is no advertising and no data brokerage attached to the product.
The encryption key is derived from your password, so a lost password means the history encrypted with it cannot be recovered — by you or by us. That is the unavoidable cost of us not holding the key.
Yes, server-side, when your browser sends the signal. Since we neither sell nor share personal information there is nothing for it to switch off, and we say so in the response rather than ignoring it.
The model provider processes the text of a question at the moment it is answered, a payment provider handles subscriptions, and the service runs on a dedicated server. Every one of them is listed on the subprocessors page.

Accuracy and limits
Sometimes, like every system of this kind. It is most likely with exact figures, citations, prices, dates and recent events; least likely when summarising something you provided. Ask for sources on anything factual and open one.
No. It is useful for understanding a document, preparing questions and getting oriented, and it is not a substitute for a professional. It is also not an emergency service.
There is deliberate randomness in how text is generated. Asking twice, or asking a second model, is a legitimate technique rather than a fault.
