Ask first. Register only if you want to keep it.

Most AI tools put a sign-up wall in front of the thing you came for. Here the order is reversed: the chat answers, and an account is offered afterwards — and even then it does not need an email address.

Why no email is a real feature

Nothing to leak

An address we never collected cannot appear in a breach list, a marketing export or a subpoena.

No identity graph

Without an email there is nothing to join your questions to the rest of your online life.

No inbox tax

No verification mail, no onboarding sequence, no re-engagement campaign six weeks later.

Recovery you control

Instead of a reset link, you keep a recovery phrase. It is stronger, and it is yours.

How an account without an email works

You pick a username and a password. The password unlocks a key that lives only in your browser, and that key is what encrypts your conversation history before it is stored. We hold the encrypted blob and cannot read it.

Because there is no email on file, there is no “email me a reset link” escape hatch — that is the trade. You get a recovery phrase instead, and if you lose both the password and the phrase, the history is unrecoverable by anyone, including us. That is what end-to-end encryption actually means when it is not marketing.

If you would rather not have an account at all, the chat still works. You simply start fresh each time, which for a lot of questions is exactly right.
