We are a small team. That shapes the product: no data brokerage, no upsell hidden in a settings page, no claim we cannot show the arithmetic for. Encryption happens on your device, the counter for your plan sits in the chat, and every limit is written down before you pay for anything.
It also shapes what we refuse to build. We do not sell profiles, we do not train on private conversations, and we do not pretend a model is certain when it is guessing. When something is a design constraint rather than a promise, we label it that way.
