For teams

Capable AI for a team, without $20 a head

The same models the expensive subscriptions run, at $5 a seat, with conversations encrypted before they are stored and never used for training.

What makes it work at work

Nothing is trained on

Conversations are encrypted in the browser before storage and are never used to train models. Client work, unreleased plans and internal numbers do not become someone else's training data.

No email at sign-up

An account is a username and a password. Useful for contractors and short engagements, where issuing a company address for a two-week job is more friction than the work.

Five labs, one bill per seat

GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and DeepSeek in the same thread. Nobody has to argue about which subscription the team standardises on.

The arithmetic is the whole pitch

Team sizeAt $20 a seatAt $5 a seat
A team of 3$60 a month elsewhere$15 a month here
A team of 5$100 a month elsewhere$25 a month here
A team of 12$240 a month elsewhere$60 a month here

Comparison against the standard $20 individual plans from the major assistants, checked August 2026. Annual billing here is $50 a seat.

What we do not have

Three things a procurement checklist will ask for and this product does not do. If any of them is a hard requirement, the honest answer is that BlueAI is not the right fit yet, and it is better to know that now.

No consolidated invoice

Each seat is billed on its own. For a team of five that is five receipts, which is fine for a card and annoying for a finance department.

No SSO or SAML

There is no directory integration and no enforced single sign-on. Accounts are created by the people using them.

No admin console

No central place to see seats, revoke access or set policy. If you need to remove someone's access, that is a conversation rather than a switch.

The way most teams start is one person, one month, no purchase order.

The free plan is 600 messages a month and asks for no card, which is enough for one person to run a fortnight of real work through it and find out whether the answers hold up. Paid is $5 a month for 10,500 messages, and it cancels from the account page without a phone call.

For contract, invoicing or data-protection questions, [email protected] is the published inbox and it is read by a person. If your requirement is an audit trail or a signed agreement, say so in the first message and you will get a straight answer about whether it can be met.
